Job Description:

Automation Anywhere is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online customer support.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent online customer support through various channels such as chat, email, and social media- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Research and troubleshoot customer problems to ensure a satisfactory resolution- Persuasively guide customers through product features and functionalities- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills- Strong research skills and ability to persuade customers effectively- Previous experience in online customer support or a similar role for at least 2 years- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
