Job Description:Henry Schein, a leading provider of healthcare products and services, is seeking a motivated Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer support within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
