Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat, email, and phone- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Provide product information and recommendations to customers- Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
