Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Hanesbrands is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for a passionate and independent individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support through online channels such as email, chat, and social media- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Assist with online order processing and tracking- Provide product recommendations and information to customers- Manage and update customer accounts as needed- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong project management skills- Excellent presentation skills- Knowledge of online customer support platforms and tools- High school diploma or equivalent
