Job Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Officer to join our team at Western Refining in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are energetic, reliable, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution- Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and reliable personality traits- Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset- Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities- Proficiency in online communication tools and platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
