Job Description:

Computer Sciences is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media.2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products or services.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement.7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.8. Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:1. Passionate and motivated individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.2. Excellent analytical skills and ability to work well in a team environment.3. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is required.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Proficient with computer systems and customer support software.6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
