UGI is seeking a reliable and motivated Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers while upholding the company's values and standards.

Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via email, chat, and phone to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have- Assist customers with navigating our website, placing orders, and tracking shipments- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to solve problems quickly and efficiently- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the customer experience

Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Resilient in handling difficult and challenging situations- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required
