Job Description:

Discovery Communications is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of online customer support for our digital platforms. This role is at the associate level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing leadership and guidance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve the online customer support experience- Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer support issues and implement solutions- Conduct regular training sessions for customer support representatives to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience- 5 years of experience in online customer support or a related field- Strong leadership and communication skills- Resourceful and hardworking personality traits- Strategic planning and negotiation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
