Realogy Holdings is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide technical support as needed- Assist customers in navigating our online platform and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and contribute ideas for enhancement
