Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience in a customer service-related role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via email, chat, and phone.2. Assist customers with online ordering, payment processing, and shipping inquiries.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Monitor and track customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Assist with updating and maintaining customer account information and records.7. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the online customer experience.8. Meet performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Requirements:1. Adaptable and hardworking individual with a strong customer service orientation.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficiency in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload.5. Strong leadership and project management skills.6. Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online payment systems.7. Experience in using CRM software is a plus.
