Job Description:

Amphenol, a leading technology company in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:- Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms- Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order placements- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction- Utilize company CRM system to track customer interactions and provide accurate and timely responses- Collaborate with other departments to escalate issues and provide solutions- Contribute to the development of online customer support resources and FAQs- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all customers- Perform other duties as assigned by the Customer Support Manager

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong persuasion and decision-making skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
