Job Description:Zoom is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least one year of experience in customer service who is driven and hardworking. As an Online Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online users through various channels such as chat, email, and social media.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Provide technical support to customers using Zoom's online platform.4. Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving for online users.5. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Stay up-to-date on Zoom's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.8. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:1. At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.4. Proficiency in using online customer support tools and software.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.7. Cooperativeness and time management skills.8. Driven and hardworking attitude.
