Job Description:

ADP is seeking a motivated Online Customer Success Representative to join our team in Washington D.C. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with online customers to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive customer engagement- Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints- Track and analyze customer success metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the customer success program

Requirements:- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations- Driven to succeed and motivated to make a positive impact on the customer experience- Strong research skills to gather relevant information and provide informed recommendations- Excellent people management skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with customers and team members- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Experience with CRM software and online customer support platforms is a plus
