Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and independent Online Customer Success Representative to join our team at CBS in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers.

Responsibilities:1. Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and problem-solving.2. Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our online products or services.3. Educate customers on how to best utilize our online platform to meet their needs and achieve their goals.4. Lead online training sessions for customers to ensure they are fully equipped to navigate and utilize our platform effectively.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.7. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and testimonials for marketing and product development purposes.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an online customer success or support capacity.2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.3. Leadership qualities to take charge of customer interactions and drive positive outcomes.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Proficiency in using online platforms and tools.6. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
