Whole Foods Market in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a passionate and independent Online Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer success roles and possess strong negotiation and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage online customer accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services- Develop and nurture relationships with key customers, acting as their main point of contact- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer value- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and improve overall customer experience- Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing customer base- Track and report on key metrics related to customer success and satisfaction
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in customer success roles- Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven track record of achieving customer success goals- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
