Job Description:

Amgen is seeking an Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this part-time position at the Associate Level, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via online chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Assist customers with product selection, ordering process, and issue resolution.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns.4. Monitor customer feedback and review metrics to identify areas for improvement.5. Generate reports and analyze data to track customer satisfaction and retention rates.6. Proactively reach out to customers to promote new products, discounts, and promotions.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to the team.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.3. Resourceful and confident in handling challenging situations.4. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.5. Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.6. Prior experience working in an online customer service environment is a plus.7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
