Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success or a related field. The Online Customer Success Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for online customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty- Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and user experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer success strategies and initiatives- Analyze customer data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth- Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a seamless and positive user experience- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and common issues for quick reference- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of customer service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Resourceful and driven with a passion for exceeding customer expectations- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Planning and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
