Job Description:

Eli Lilly is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, innovative, and possess exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online platforms- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service- Energetic and confident personality traits- Strong communication skills- Innovative problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
