As an Online Customer Service Representative at HRG Group in Houston, Texas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This position is part-time, at the associate level, and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies- Assist with other tasks as needed
