Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess confidence and passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.5. Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships to drive customer loyalty.6. Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.7. Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements:1. Confident and passionate about customer service.2. Attention to detail and strong persuasion skills.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.5. Previous experience in online customer service is preferred.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM systems.7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
