Job Description:

As an Online Customer Service Representative at Interpublic Group in Columbus, Ohio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This part-time associate level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner- Processing online orders and managing customer accounts- Providing product information and troubleshooting any technical issues- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in all interactions with customers
