Job Description:

As an Online Customer Service Officer at Fidelity National Financial, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently. This position is part-time with an associate level of seniority and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and other online platforms- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Provide information regarding products, services, and company policies- Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and general account maintenance- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Energetic and hardworking attitude- Analytical and presentation skills- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an online setting- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online communication tools- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
