Job Description:Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a hardworking and energetic Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online customers.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues they may encounter3. Provide product recommendations and information to customers to enhance their shopping experience4. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets5. Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions7. Assist with processing returns and exchanges according to company policies8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers9. Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment4. Strong teamwork and planning skills5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends6. Must be detail-oriented and organized7. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping platforms8. High school diploma or equivalent
