Job Description:

As an Online Customer Service Officer at Cisco in Chicago, Illinois, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. You will be representing the company and ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via chat, email, and social media platforms- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with products or services- Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues- Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends- Providing input on improving the customer service process

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Adaptable and motivated personality traits- Excellent time management and critical thinking skills- Knowledge of customer service software and online platforms- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills
