Job Description:

As an Online Customer Service Manager at Aramark in Jacksonville, Florida, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage customer service interactions conducted through online channels. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support to customers through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, social media, and other online channels in a timely and professional manner.2. Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.3. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and proactively address any negative feedback or concerns.4. Collaborate with the customer service team to continuously improve processes and procedures for online customer interactions.5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.6. Train and mentor customer service representatives on best practices for online communication and customer service.7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and IT, to implement online customer service strategies and initiatives.8. Develop and implement online customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in online customer service management.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner.4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues effectively.5. Energetic and confident personality, with the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.6. Strong negotiation and analysis skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve customer service processes.7. Proficiency in using online customer service tools and platforms.8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
