Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team at Prudential Financial in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing our online customer service operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:1. Oversee and manage the online customer service team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and efficiency.3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing resolutions in a timely and satisfactory manner.5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to customer service across all channels.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service, continuously striving to enhance the customer experience.7. Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.8. Utilize creativity and project management skills to streamline processes and optimize the online customer service platform.9. Act as a resource for team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer service or a related field.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Resilient and resourceful personality traits.5. Strong project management skills.6. Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.7. Experience with online customer service platforms and tools.8. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
