Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and confident Online Customer Service Associate to join our team at United Continental Holdings in Seattle, Washington. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service via online chat, email, and phone.2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and answering inquiries.3. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service.5. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.6. Plan and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient handling of customer requests.7. Make informed decisions to address customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements:1. Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service.2. Strong planning and decision-making skills.3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in using online communication tools.6. Prior experience in a customer service role is required.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
