Job Description:

Casey's General Stores is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, the Online Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers and assisting with various online tasks to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.2. Process online orders and ensure accurate and on-time delivery to customers.3. Assist with updating product listings, pricing, and promotions on the company website.4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging online content and promotions.5. Monitor online reviews and feedback, and address customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.6. Assist with managing online inventory and ensuring product availability.7. Provide support for online marketing campaigns and promotions.8. Maintain a high level of customer service standards and ensure a positive shopping experience for all online customers.

Requirements:1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.3. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.5. Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other online platforms.7. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.8. A passion for providing excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
