Job Description:

Amphenol, a leading interconnect solutions provider, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales-related role.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via online platforms, such as chat, email, and social media.2. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.3. Assist customers with product recommendations, order processing, and issue resolution.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.5. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in customer care.

Requirements:1. Driven and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.2. Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers.3. Prior experience in a customer service or e-commerce role.4. Proficiency in using online platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
