Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and confident Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Prudential Financial in San Antonio, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for managing the online customer care team and ensuring exceptional service to our clients. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of online customer care representatives- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor online customer interactions and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Train and mentor new team members- Report on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Proven experience in online customer service, preferably in the financial services industry- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
