Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading our online customer care team to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer care services.2. Oversee and manage the online customer care team to ensure all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.3. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer care issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Train and mentor customer care team members to enhance their skills and performance.6. Analyze customer care data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer care services.8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in customer care or a related field.2. Proven experience in leading and managing a customer care team.3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.4. Resilient and motivated personality traits.5. Excellent planning and critical thinking skills.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.8. Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
