Entergy, a leading energy company, is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms such as chat, email, and social media- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Utilize strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs effectively- Demonstrate emotional intelligence in managing customer interactions and resolving conflicts- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
