Job Description:

Kabbage, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. The Online Customer Care Associate will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients through online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online channels such as chat, email, and social media- Assist customers with account management, loan applications, and payment processing- Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and professional manner- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams for resolution- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements:- Resourceful and confident personality traits- Attention to detail and strong presentation skills as soft skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Experience working with CRM systems and online customer service platforms- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus- Bachelor's degree is preferred- Must be based in Austin, Texas, or willing to relocate
