Emerson Electric, a leading electronic manufacturing company in San Francisco, California, is seeking a part-time Online Content Writer. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in content writing and possess excellent writing skills. This position is at the Associate Level, and the candidate should be hardworking, adaptable, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:- Create engaging and informative content for Emerson Electric's online platforms, including website, blog, and social media channels- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to develop relevant and timely content- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content strategies that align with the company's goals- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings- Stay updated on best practices in content writing and digital marketing
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in a B2B environment- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail- Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing concepts- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and time management skills
