Online Contact Center Representative

Mondelez International is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues as needed- Assist customers with online orders and payment processing- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the contact center system- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
