Job Description:
Casey's General Stores is seeking a dedicated Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Associate Level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online platforms, including chat, email, and social media. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and exhibit traits such as resilience and independence.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via online chat, email, and social media platforms.2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.3. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.4. Collaborate with team members to address complex customer situations and provide consistent service.5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with inquiries.6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate any recurring issues to management.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data security.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing customer needs.4. Proficiency in using online platforms for customer support, such as chat and email.5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.6. Planning and organization skills to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.7. Resilient attitude to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.8. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
