Job Description:
Siemens is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information via online platforms- Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner- Monitor online chat, email, and other communication channels to respond promptly to customer queries- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns- Conduct research and gather data to enhance customer experience and satisfaction- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field- Proven experience in online customer service or contact center operations- Hardworking and confident attitude with excellent communication skills- Strong research skills to gather information and address customer inquiries effectively- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
