Job Description:
Time Warner Cable is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Officer in Seattle, Washington. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to individuals contacting our online contact center. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat, email, and social media platforms- Providing timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and billing inquiries- Escalating unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department for further assistance- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilizing critical thinking skills to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues- Adhering to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals set by the company- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment- Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude- Strong adaptability skills to handle a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment- Excellent critical thinking skills to analyze and solve customer issues effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
