Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and confident Online Contact Center Officer to join our team at Targa Resources in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level role, the Online Contact Center Officer will be responsible for managing customer interactions via online channels such as chat, email, and social media. This is a part-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.2. Provide product and service information to customers through online channels.3. Monitor and reply to customer reviews and feedback on social media platforms.4. Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues.5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through online channels.6. Keep track of customer interactions and update the customer database accordingly.7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create online campaigns and promotions.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements:1. 4+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online contact center.2. Strong communication and persuasion skills.3. Excellent decision-making abilities.4. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
