Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team at Wyndham Worldwide as an Online Contact Center Manager in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and independent, as well as the soft skills of creativity and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of online contact center representatives to ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer service- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction through online channels- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online contact center initiatives with overall business objectives- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- Proven track record of success in managing online contact center operations- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in CRM systems and other online contact center tools- Knowledge of online customer service best practices
