Job Description:As an Online Contact Center Manager at Starbucks in San Antonio, Texas, you will be responsible for overseeing the online contact center operations to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to support the company's online presence. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and dedicated, possessing strong negotiation and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage the online contact center team to ensure all online inquiries, comments, and feedback are addressed in a timely and professional manner- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and implement solutions- Develop and maintain a positive working environment that prioritizes quality in all aspects of work, products, and services- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred- Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or contact center management role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successful team leadership and development - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
