Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking an experienced and motivated Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the Online Contact Center Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our online contact center operations.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize online contact center performance and customer satisfaction- Manage a team of online customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective communication with customers- Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to improve efficiency and effectiveness- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of online contact center operations with overall business objectives- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve online contact center operations- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for online customer service representatives- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:- 8 years of experience in online contact center management or a related field- Motivated and dedicated personality traits- Strong planning and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly
