As the Online Contact Center Manager at AK Steel Holding in Columbus, Ohio, you will play a crucial role in managing and leading the online contact center team. This part-time, mid-to-senior level position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online contact center.2. Develop strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction through online channels.3. Hire, train, and supervise a team of online contact center representatives.4. Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure KPIs and goals are met.5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.4. Passionate and energetic personality.5. Strong people management skills with a focus on developing and coaching team members.6. Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to make data-driven decisions.7. Thrives in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
