Job Description:

Kohl's is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in San Jose, California. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including live chat, email, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any other customer concerns- Utilize various tools and resources to efficiently and effectively address customer needs- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to management- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers- Work with a sense of urgency and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field- Resilient and resourceful personality traits to handle challenging situations and find creative solutions- Strong attention to detail and project management skills to ensure accurate and efficient customer service- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team- Proficient in using technology and various online platforms- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends- High school diploma or equivalent required
