Yum Brands is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an entry-level position, no experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must. This is a part-time role, ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and communication within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints effectively and find a satisfactory resolution- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet performance goals set by the company- Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working environment and promote a culture of respect and collaboration
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and software systems
