Job Description:
As an Online Contact Center Associate at Philip Morris International, based in Columbus, Ohio, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various digital channels. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience and is ideal for individuals who are energetic, confident, creative, and have a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email, chat, social media, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies to customers.3. Assist with order processing, payment processing, and other online transactions.4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to online platforms and provide appropriate solutions.5. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Collaborate with other team members to optimize the online customer service experience.8. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers.
