Job Description:

Calpine is seeking a diligent and independent Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the Online Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.2. Assist customers with online transactions and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and ensuring timely follow-up.4. Collaborate with team members to improve overall efficiency and customer experience.5. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.6. Manage email and chat correspondence with customers in a professional and efficient manner.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.2. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.3. Confidence in handling challenging situations and providing effective solutions.4. Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.5. Critical thinking abilities to analyze complex problems and implement solutions.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online communication tools.7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
