Job Description:

As an Online Client Support Specialist at Owens Corning in Fort Worth, Texas, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to clients through various online channels. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and individuals who are independent, resourceful, detail-oriented, and creative.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist clients with product information, pricing, orders, and warranty claims.3. Troubleshoot client issues and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate departments.4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Creativity in finding solutions to client issues.6. Proficiency in using online communication tools and software.
