Job Description:
CarMax is seeking an Online Client Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms. This part-time position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities:- Interact with customers via online chat, email, and phone to provide support and assistance with inquiries- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner
Requirements:- Adaptable and reliable personality traits- Strong strategic planning and attention to detail skills- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in computer software and online platforms- High school diploma or equivalent
