Citigroup is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients via online platforms, including chat, email, and social media.- Assist clients with account inquiries, problem resolution, and general information about Citigroup products and services.- Work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.- Use negotiation skills to resolve client issues and mitigate potential conflicts.- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when managing client accounts and data entry.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in Citigroup policies to provide accurate information to clients.
