Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service and support within a retail environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, but we are willing to train the right individual who exhibits the required personality traits and soft skills.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to online clients through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure client satisfaction- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role preferred- Hardworking and energetic personality traits- Strong persuasion skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications- High school diploma or equivalent required
